There are volcanic peaks with crater lakes that attract several eco-tourists —hiking, biking and bird-watching. Decades of successful animal conservation initiatives now have a resurgence of wildlife, including monkeys, elephants and marine life. Limbe also has a combination of mangrove coastal areas and dotted off-shore islands for canoe and swimming races.

It is precisely at the location of this historic Slave Trading port of Bimbia that the business proponent has secured at least 12 hectares of premium ocean-front property right at the point of colonial contact herein referred to as the Saker’s Landing. The proposal under consideration has the potential for the following:
Boutique Hotel that can host national and international activities such as conferences, weddings, etc. Premium Shopping Mall that is currently missing in the entire South-West Region Residences in three categories — Bespoke Premium Vilas, Standard Vilas and Condominiums.
The proposed business model envisages a partnership framework that will bring together the developer/proponent, Limbe III municipal/traditional authorities, and an International Real Estate/ Hotel Developer. The activities envisaged include an extension of the paved road from the main road to the BIR Barracks. The property will section off the residential acreage, paying particular attention to the location for the Bespoke Premium Vilas. The Real Estate Developer will offer to build the Bespoke Premium Vilas for interested investors and build Standard Vilas and Condominiums for qualified clients.
The proponent commits to working closely with Municipal Authorities and the Paramount Chief of the location, HRH John Elufa Manga Williams, with whom she has long standing family ties (always helpful when it comes to sealing long-term land transactions). Additionally, the proponent has extensive experience managing real estate transactions. She has lived in Cameroon, the USA, and Canada for the past 40 years and has managed real estate holdings in the US and Cameroon for the past 10 years. This project is viewed as an expansion of current US and Cameroon holdings and the proponent’s professional networks and community are central to developing the residential pillar of this proposal.
All relevant analyses including risk assessment, financial engineering, competitive analysis and market planning will be undertaken once we have an expression of interest from a potential investor.
